Færder Marketing created the form setup for Vestfold Maritim. The task is to make incoming needs more specific, providing a better foundation for follow-up.
From a message to a clear understanding of the need
A generic contact field does not necessarily explain what the customer needs. In the public booking form, customers can choose a service need and provide location and engine details alongside their contact information.
Information that makes the next step easier
Fields for model year, running hours, engine power and serial number provide a more structured starting point than an unstructured email. Additional information leaves room for details outside the preset choices.
Part of the whole customer journey
The work shows why marketing and enquiry handling belong together. Traffic and interest have greater practical value when the person following up receives information relevant to the task.
The public form in use
The image shows the start of the booking form as currently published. Customers choose the purpose of their enquiry and provide details that help the workshop understand the task. The image contains no submitted customer information.
Our delivery
We delivered a form setup that gathers service needs, contact details and technical information into one enquiry. This gives Vestfold Maritim a practical starting point for clarifying the work with the customer.
