Who is responsible?
Færder Marketing is a brand operated by K28 Invest AS, organisation number 926 515 624. The company is the controller of personal data processed through faerdermarketing.no. Contact Kjetil Fagereng at [email protected] or 926 99 301 with privacy questions.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, company name, optional website and what you would like help with. You can also select one or more areas or include your choices from the guide. The information is used to respond, clarify your needs and consider working together. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or customer data through the form.
Your enquiry is sent to [email protected] through the website’s email service, Twilio SendGrid, and received in Google Workspace. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically create a contact in HubSpot. We do not sell your information.
For a request to enter into a contract with you, the basis is necessary steps before entering a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business contact persons and other enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in answering and following up the enquiry under Article 6(1)(f).
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, follow up a potential collaboration or document an agreement or legal claim. Information that is no longer necessary must be deleted. If we work together, other documentation may need to be retained under rules including accounting legislation.
Company lookup
The company field can suggest businesses from the Brønnøysund Register Centre’s open Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities. When you search, the text in this field is sent directly to the register. It also receives the technical information needed to respond, including your IP address. The contact person’s name, email address and enquiry are not included in the lookup. Our search sends no cookies or referring page address to the register.
If you select a business, its organisation number and location accompany the enquiry. The website field may be filled from the register if empty; you can edit it. You can choose ‘Enter manually / business outside Norway’ to disable the lookup. You do not have to select a register result to submit the form. Read more about privacy at the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Resources and guide
You can read and download resources without registering an email address. Notes in the worksheets are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. Downloaded files are saved on your device. The guide only sends your choices to us if you choose to include them in an enquiry and submit the contact form.
Optional visitor statistics
If you allow statistics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are used, engagement and whether visits lead to an enquiry being received. Google receives information including a browser identifier, pages visited and technical details about the browser and device. This information is not fully anonymous. Our tracking code does not send your name, email address, company or form message.
Statistics remain off until you actively select ‘Allow statistics’. Choosing ‘Continue without statistics’ is equally easy. Consent is the legal basis under Article 6(1)(a). This website does not activate advertising tracking, remarketing or Google Signals.
You can open Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to withdraw consent. This stops further collection by our tracking code and removes Analytics cookies from this website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent.
In the existing Analytics property, detailed event retention is set to 2 months and user data retention to 14 months. The user retention period can reset with new activity and consent. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports. Cookie lifetimes are described separately below.
What is stored in your browser?
- frdm_site_choice: local storage of whether you have allowed statistics, the time and the version of the information you received. Your choice remains valid for up to 180 days. It is used only to remember and respect your choice.
- _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies for visitor statistics, used only with consent. Our setup gives them a lifetime of up to 180 days without automatically extending it on every visit.
We log consent choices, the time and the version on our own server to document your choice. The log uses a keyed hash of IP address and browser information that changes daily. Consent logs are retained for 13 months. They are not used for advertising.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted on a Deploi server in Norway and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. These services process technical requests, including IP addresses, page addresses and browser information, to serve the website, troubleshoot and prevent abuse. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when security features are triggered.
The form handler limits repeated submissions using a keyed hash of the IP address and a counter that expires after 15 minutes. This protects the form against abuse, based on our legitimate interest in secure operation. This handler does not store the enquiry as a separate form entry in WordPress.
Providers and transfers outside the EEA
Deploi, Cloudflare, Twilio SendGrid and Google process information in connection with the services described above. International providers may process information outside the EEA, including in the USA. Transfers must be covered by a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the agreements and safeguards that apply to your data.
You can read more at Google, Cloudflare and Twilio.

Some links take you to other websites. ‘Book a conversation’ opens HubSpot’s meeting scheduler. HubSpot is not loaded as a tracking or form script on this website. Read the destination service’s privacy information before entering your details there.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where the conditions are met, request data portability. These rights depend on the processing and may be subject to statutory exceptions.
Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
