PEC Platform is a tailored business system for a group with several companies and professional teams. It connects customer work with delivery, resources and management information. Færder Marketing worked on both the workflows and the digital solution.
An enquiry begins a customer relationship
Marketing creates little value if interest has no owner. The platform connects customer contact, cases, quotes and follow-up. Employees should be able to find the history, understand the status and see the next step without starting again each time.
This goes beyond a contact form or simple sales overview. Information from customer work connects with order handling and finance, allowing follow-up to continue after a quote is accepted.
What the solution covers
- CRM and case management: customers, contacts, enquiries, ownership, follow-up and communication brought together around each case.
- Quotes and estimating: quote preparation, reusable templates, product and material information, calculations and customer feedback.
- Delivery and finance: connections between cases, work orders and financial information from existing specialist systems.
- People and resources: visibility of hours, absence, vehicles and shared equipment, tailored to different roles.
- HSE and documentation: incident reporting, checklists, shared learning, documents and agreements with owners and deadlines.
- Property and agreements: tenancies, contracts, service agreements, operating procedures and cost tracking.
- Management visibility: finance, customer insight, marketing and follow-up at company and group level.
Different roles need different workspaces
The person meeting a customer, the person planning work and the person leading a company need different views. The solution provides dedicated workspaces and role-based access. Relevant information can be connected without giving everyone access to everything.
Existing systems are part of the solution
The platform connects with finance, order and collaboration tools already used in operations. Its purpose is to give information useful context and make follow-up easier. That also means being clear about which system is the source of each piece of information.
What we delivered and what remains to be measured
The delivery is a shared digital working environment with functions for daily operations and management. Its value should be assessed through follow-up, information quality and less unnecessary duplication, among other measures. We do not state undocumented percentage improvements for the platform.
The public presentation describes functional areas and principles. It excludes internal screenshots, customer data, pricing details, management figures and detailed operating rules.
The entire customer journey in one collaboration
The PEC collaboration also includes strategy, marketing, Google Ads, SEO and websites. The website case study shows documented percentage changes after the 2025 launch. The platform explains the other side of the work: how the business handles incoming interest.
