A container is a substantial purchase with many practical questions. Boxx brings together stock from Norwegian depots and helps customers understand size, condition and collection or delivery. We developed the digital experience around these choices.
About the collaboration: Kjetil is also involved in the project’s strategy and business development through K28. This presentation concerns Færder Marketing’s design, content and digital development work.
Start with what the customer needs space for
Container types and dimensions are unfamiliar to many people. Buying guidance starts with what the container will be used for. Product overviews, dimension comparisons and a visual space planner help customers explore options before contacting the business or ordering.
Design that explains the choices
The green identity, typography and recurring shapes connect the website. Illustrations explain uses and differences. They are presented as illustrations, rather than documentation of a particular item or customer delivery.
Information about type, condition and depot supports the decision. Buttons, filters and visual explanations provide a specific next step on mobile and larger screens.
More than a presentation website
The solution includes product and depot overviews, buying guidance, enquiries and a connected ordering flow. Behind the customer experience are workspaces for managing orders, suppliers and transport. The public case presents the customer experience and main principles, excluding internal operations.
From information to a more confident decision
Customers need to understand what happens after ordering, what has been confirmed and when collection or delivery can be arranged. Copy and status explanations are therefore part of product development, alongside design and functionality.
The website is published. At the review on 24 October 2026, Boxx stated that ordering would open soon. We therefore distinguish the website launch from opening for trade and do not yet report sales results.
