Start with the need

A shared place to work from.

Google Workspace, formerly G Suite, supports email, calendars, documents and meetings. We help fit the tools to the way you work. First, we look at where information lives, who owns it and how it is shared. We then agree changes to structure, configuration and routines that make everyday work easier.

We agree on goals, scope and responsibilities before getting started.

From requirements to practical use

A well-organised setup needs a clear way of working.

We start with what you already have and prioritise changes that are useful in everyday work.

  1. 01

    Understand the current setup

We review ways of working, accounts, files and responsibilities. You prioritise what needs attention first.

  2. 02

    Agree and make the changes

We establish the scope, access and what must be preserved. Changes are made in an agreed order and checked together.

  3. 03

    Make follow-up straightforward

You receive guidance on what has changed. We agree who is responsible for users, routines and ongoing follow-up.

How we assess improvements

What needs to improve?
How we follow up.

We agree which everyday tasks should become easier and try them out with your team. This shows whether the changes work in practice and where more guidance is needed.

01

Clear ownership

Responsibility for accounts, files and access

We review whether important accounts and documents have a clear owner, and whether routines work when people join or leave.

What this helps us decide

Can the right people access the information, including when someone is away?

02

Easier collaboration

Shared working practices and less duplicated work

We try agreed tasks with users and check whether they can find, share and follow up information as planned.

What this helps us decide

Which routines or parts of the setup need further attention?

Before changing the setup, we agree responsibilities and what needs to work at handover. Follow-up is based on your everyday tasks and routines.

How we document results

Questions and answers

Before we begin.

A few questions we often work through together.

Do we need to move from Microsoft 365?

No. We do not recommend migration simply to change tools. Your ways of working, current setup, costs and requirements determine whether to improve what you have or consider an alternative.

What happens to existing files and email?

Before making changes, we map ownership, access and what must be preserved. If migration is appropriate, we first agree its scope, backups, responsibilities and how the result will be checked.
